Last month i tried different recipes that i found online and even modify it the way we all like it here in the house. I also bake some cakes and love the carrot cake with pineapple, nuts, coconuts, and carrots. Also bake a blueberry cake and this one the Filipino fish sweet and sour but we usually call it Escabeche. Hubby love the first time i cook this one since i modify all the ingredients. This became a healthy food to eat and hubby said its his first time that he do not hurt burn...
