I already forgot my blogversary last May 10 during mother's day. It has been a year ago since I started this health blog. At first the title of this blog is "A Message From My Heart" since I already have a love blog that talks about love and relationship I change this blog to a health blog at the same time a recipe blog. I post recipes, health tips and information and other things related to health and sometimes I posted contest and giveaways. Sorry blog I forgot you mommy is busy doing some online business. Anyway "Happy Blogversary".
